These Brand & Media Guidelines explain how the WiOffers name, logos, visual identity, brand assets, company information, and media materials may be used by employees, merchants, advertisers, agencies, partners, publishers, and other authorized parties.

WiOffers is owned, developed, and operated by Pillars e-Solution LLC. All use of WiOffers brand assets must remain accurate, professional, consistent, and aligned with the approved identity and applicable agreements.

Purpose of These Guidelines

A consistent brand identity helps customers, merchants, advertisers, partners, investors, and the public recognize WiOffers and understand its role as a digital offers platform.

These guidelines are intended to protect the integrity of the brand, prevent misleading or unauthorized use, and provide clear standards for public, commercial, promotional, and media communications.

Brand Ownership

WiOffers, its logos, names, visual elements, slogans, platform designs, promotional materials, and related brand assets are owned or controlled by Pillars e-Solution LLC or its authorized licensors.

Access to a brand asset does not transfer ownership or grant an unrestricted right to use, modify, register, license, sell, or commercially exploit it.

The tagline should be used only in its approved form and must not be changed, shortened, translated, or combined with another slogan without authorization.

WiOffers Logo

The official WiOffers logo is the primary visual identifier of the platform. Only approved master artwork should be used.

The logo must remain clear, legible, proportionally accurate, and visually separated from surrounding elements.

Approved Logo Versions

Approved logo versions may include:

  • Primary full-color logo.
  • Dark-background logo.
  • Light-background logo.

  • Approved icon-only version.

A logo version should be selected based on background contrast and readability. Unapproved recreations or copied low-resolution versions must not be used.

Logo Clear Space

A reasonable amount of empty space must be maintained around the logo so that it remains visually distinct.

No text, icon, photograph, border, interface element, or other logo should enter the required clear area.

Minimum Logo Size

The logo must not be displayed at a size that makes the brand name or tagline unclear.

For small digital placements, an approved icon-only version may be used where the full logo cannot remain legible.

Prohibited Logo Use

Do not:

  • Stretch, compress, rotate, skew, or distort the logo.
  • Change the logo proportions.
  • Change approved logo colors.
  • Apply gradients, shadows, bevels, outlines, or three-dimensional effects.
  • Place the logo on a background that reduces readability.
  • Rearrange or separate logo components.
  • Replace the approved typography.
  • Add words, symbols, or slogans inside the logo.
  • Use the logo as part of another business logo.
  • Use outdated, pixelated, blurred, or unofficial artwork.

Pillars Logo Use

The Pillars logo may appear in corporate, legal, investor, partnership, and official ownership contexts to identify Pillars e-Solution LLC as the owner, developer, and operator of WiOffers.

The Pillars and WiOffers logos must remain separate visual identities. They must not be combined into a new logo unless an approved co-branding composition is supplied.

Co-Branding

Co-branding may be permitted for selected partnerships, advertising campaigns, events, merchant programs, technology integrations, and institutional relationships.

All co-branded materials should maintain clear visual separation between the WiOffers logo and partner logos.

Logo size, positioning, order, and prominence must reflect the approved relationship and must not imply ownership, endorsement, sponsorship, or exclusivity beyond the actual agreement.

Brand Colors

The WiOffers identity uses a clear, modern color system based primarily on:

  • Black for strength, clarity, and primary brand communication.
  • Green for value, opportunity, savings, growth, and active elements.
  • White for space, clarity, balance, and readability.
  • Neutral gray tones for secondary information and interface support.

Exact color values should be taken from the approved brand asset package. Colors should not be sampled from screenshots or compressed images.

Typography

Typography should be clean, accessible, modern, and easy to read across websites, mobile interfaces, advertising, presentations, documents, and printed materials.

Approved fonts should be used wherever technically and legally available. Suitable fallback fonts may be used only where necessary to maintain accessibility and compatibility.

Arabic Typography

Arabic content must use a professional Arabic typeface that supports clear letterforms, correct shaping, appropriate spacing, and right-to-left layouts.

Cairo may be used as an approved Arabic interface and document font where consistent with the current WiOffers visual system.

Arabic text should not be forced into an unsupported Latin typeface or presented with broken joining, incorrect alignment, or unsuitable line spacing.

Approved visual characteristics include:

  • Clear layouts.
  • Strong information hierarchy.
  • Generous spacing.
  • Professional photography.
  • Simple icons.
  • Readable promotional cards.

Preferred imagery may include:

  • Consumers discovering or using offers.
  • Retail and commercial environments.
  • Restaurants, hospitality, travel, and lifestyle experiences.
  • Merchants managing offers and campaigns.
  • Professional business partnerships.
  • Mobile and digital platform interaction.

Avoid imagery that is:

  • Misleading or unrelated to the promoted service.
  • Low quality, excessively staged, or visually outdated.
  • Offensive, discriminatory, unsafe, or culturally inappropriate.
  • Protected by copyright without permission.
  • Inconsistent with the WiOffers brand identity.

Icons and Illustrations

Icons and illustrations should be clear, consistent, simple, and relevant to their function.

Avoid mixing unrelated icon styles, inconsistent stroke widths, excessive visual detail, or illustrations that conflict with the professional nature of the platform.

User Interface Representation

Screenshots, interface mockups, dashboards, and device presentations must accurately represent the platform or be clearly identified as conceptual.

Do not present unapproved features, fabricated results, false metrics, or misleading screens as active platform functionality.

Use of Artificial Intelligence Imagery

AI-generated or digitally created images may be used where legally permitted and consistent with the brand.

Such imagery must not misrepresent actual platform capabilities, real people, confirmed partnerships, customer results, locations, products, or events.

Preferred communication:

  • Discover relevant offers in one place.

  • Reach customers searching for real commercial value.
  • Manage offers, campaigns, and performance more efficiently.

Avoid communication such as:

  • Guaranteed savings in every situation.

  • The world’s number one platform without supporting evidence.
  • Claims that every offer is the lowest available price.
  • False urgency or exaggerated promotional statements.

Claims and Statistics

Statistics, market claims, customer numbers, merchant counts, performance percentages, savings, growth figures, and commercial results must be accurate, current, supportable, and approved before publication.

Estimates, projections, pilot results, and future targets must be clearly identified and must not be presented as confirmed historical performance.

Media and Press References

Journalists, publishers, content creators, and media organizations should use the approved company name, description, logos, and public information.

Media references must not imply an official partnership, endorsement, investment, certification, or corporate relationship unless formally confirmed.

Press Releases

Press releases issued on behalf of WiOffers or referring to a formal partnership must be reviewed and approved by an authorized representative of Pillars e-Solution LLC before publication.

A press release should clearly identify the subject, parties involved, confirmed facts, approved quotations, relevant dates, and media contact.

Executive Quotes

Statements attributed to WiOffers executives, Pillars e-Solution LLC, employees, founders, representatives, or partners must be approved before publication.

Quotes must not be invented, materially edited, or presented outside their approved context.

Media Interviews

Only authorized representatives may speak on behalf of WiOffers or Pillars e-Solution LLC regarding company strategy, financial matters, investment, legal issues, security, partnerships, product roadmaps, or corporate policy.

Social Media Use

Official WiOffers social media accounts should use approved logos, profile descriptions, visual assets, links, and brand language.

Employees, partners, merchants, and agencies must not create accounts that may be mistaken for official WiOffers accounts without written permission.

Merchant Use of WiOffers Branding

Approved merchants may state that their offers are available on WiOffers, subject to the applicable merchant terms and these guidelines.

Approved examples may include:

  • Find our latest offers on WiOffers.
  • Available on WiOffers.
  • View this offer through WiOffers.

Merchants must not state or imply that they are owned by, certified by, officially recommended by, or exclusively partnered with WiOffers unless such a relationship has been confirmed in writing.

Advertiser and Agency Use

Advertisers and agencies may use approved WiOffers assets only for approved campaigns, placements, proposals, reports, or partnership materials.

Agencies must not reuse WiOffers assets for unrelated clients, campaigns, products, case studies, or promotional claims without authorization.

Partner Use

Partners may use WiOffers branding only for the approved relationship, geographic area, campaign, service, duration, and communication channels.

Permission ends when the applicable partnership, campaign, agreement, or authorization ends, unless otherwise approved.

Events and Sponsorships

Use of WiOffers branding at events, exhibitions, conferences, sponsorships, presentations, booths, screens, signs, or printed materials requires approval.

Materials must accurately reflect the role of WiOffers and must not imply a higher level of sponsorship or participation than agreed.

Presentations and Documents

Official presentations, investor materials, merchant guides, advertising proposals, corporate profiles, certificates, reports, and downloadable documents should use approved templates where available.

Documents should display accurate version information, publication dates, confidentiality status, and legal ownership where relevant.

Certificates

Certificates using the WiOffers name or logo may be issued only through an approved process and by an authorized party.

Certificate wording, recipient information, reference numbers, signatures, seals, dates, and validation methods must be accurate and approved.

Email Signatures

Official email signatures should use approved names, titles, contact details, legal references, and branding.

Users must not use a WiOffers title, department, or authority they have not been formally assigned.

Domain Names and Applications

No party may register a domain name, application name, social media username, marketplace listing, or digital identifier containing WiOffers or a confusingly similar term without written permission.

Merchandise and Promotional Products

Production of merchandise, gifts, uniforms, signage, packaging, cards, printed materials, or promotional products using WiOffers branding requires approval of the design and intended use.

Trademark Notices

Where appropriate, trademark symbols or ownership notices should be used according to applicable law and the status of the relevant mark.

The absence of a symbol does not mean that WiOffers or Pillars e-Solution LLC waives any intellectual property right.

Unauthorized Use

WiOffers and Pillars e-Solution LLC may request correction, removal, suspension, or discontinuation of materials that misuse the brand or create confusion.

Unauthorized use may also lead to account action, termination of permission, contractual remedies, intellectual property claims, or other legal action.

Requesting Brand Assets

Authorized parties should obtain logos, templates, photographs, company descriptions, and media materials through the official WiOffers Brand & Media resources or an approved representative.

Assets should not be recreated from screenshots, copied from search results, extracted from low-resolution files, or modified without permission.

Requesting Approval

A brand-usage request should include:

  • The requesting organization and contact person.
  • The purpose of the proposed use.
  • The intended audience and geographic market.
  • The publication channels.
  • The proposed dates and duration.
  • Draft designs, text, images, or layouts.
  • The requested logo or brand assets.
  • Any associated partnership or campaign reference.

Approval Does Not Transfer Ownership

Approval to use a brand asset is limited, revocable, non-transferable, and restricted to the approved purpose unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Approval does not grant ownership, registration rights, exclusivity, or the right to sublicense the asset to another party.

Updates to These Guidelines

Pillars e-Solution LLC may update the WiOffers identity, logos, assets, descriptions, slogans, visual standards, templates, and these guidelines.

Authorized users may be required to replace outdated materials within a reasonable period after updated assets are issued.

Contact

Questions regarding brand use, media materials, logo approvals, press references, partnerships, and trademark permissions should be submitted through the official WiOffers contact channel.

Important Notice

These guidelines provide general brand and media requirements. Additional restrictions may apply under a partnership agreement, merchant agreement, advertising agreement, campaign order, trademark license, or written approval.

Where a conflict exists, the applicable signed agreement or specific written authorization will take priority.
